New in the shop: Home HQ 2.0 (and what changed)
A quieter dashboard, a weekly reset page, and simpler maintenance lists — here's what's new and how to update.
Home HQ 2.0 is live. The biggest change is restraint: I removed three sections that most people never opened and rebuilt the dashboard around a single weekly reset page. It's calmer, loads faster, and asks less of you.
The maintenance list now lives on one page with a simple dropdown for frequency, so you're not juggling five separate databases. I also added a small "this week's focus" box at the top — just one line, but it changed how I use the template myself.
If you already own Home HQ, check your email for the update link. Your original template stays untouched in your workspace; the new version duplicates in alongside it so you can migrate at your own pace.
A note on what I didn't add: no new formulas, no habit-score dashboards. I kept hearing that more features made the template feel like homework. This release is about making the daily open feel lighter.
