First, create a new page and title it 'Home.' Add a callout with your weekly intention — a simple sentence that keeps you focused. Then, add a few linked databases: one for tasks, one for events, one for projects. You can start with just these three; they cover most needs.
Next, use the toggle feature to hide extra details. Toggles keep your dashboard minimal, so you only see what you need right now. I use them for 'Reading List' and 'Wishlist' — nice to have, but not everyday essentials.
