How I Stopped Forgetting Everything with One Notion Template
A simple weekly review system that cut my mental load in half.
I used to rely on my brain to remember everything — appointments, birthdays, that thing I needed to buy at the store. Spoiler: my brain failed me constantly. The anxiety of forgetting something important was eating up my energy.
So I built a Notion template called the Weekly Reset. It's just three sections: a brain dump area, a priority list for the week, and a spot for notes on what worked and what didn't. Every Sunday evening, I spend fifteen minutes filling it out.
The result? I've missed zero deadlines in six months. My partner even noticed I seem less frazzled. The template is free inside my Home Manager pack, but honestly, you could recreate it in five minutes. The magic is in the habit, not the tool.
