How I Stopped Drowning in Tabs and Found Calm
The simple system that helped me go from 30 open tabs to a single Notion page.
I used to have 30+ tabs open at all times. Recipes, to-do lists, project notes, random links. My browser was a landfill. Every time I needed something, I'd search frantically. It felt like my brain was constantly buffering.
Then I built a single Notion dashboard. One page with a few databases: tasks, projects, links, and notes. I moved everything in. Now I open one tab. That's it. The relief was immediate.
If you're drowning in tabs, try this: create a page called 'Capture.' Every time you open a new tab for something you might need later, paste the link there. At the end of the day, sort it. You'll be shocked how much mental space you free up.
