How I stopped drowning in Notion pages (and you can too)
Three simple steps to tame your workspace without losing your mind.
I remember opening Notion and feeling a knot in my stomach. There were 14 untitled pages, a half-built habit tracker, and a database I’d forgotten the purpose of. Sound familiar?
Here’s what finally worked: I deleted everything except one master dashboard. I used a template (yes, one of my own) that had only five sections — today’s focus, weekly goals, budget snapshot, meal plan, and a notes dump. No more clicking through 10 pages to find my grocery list.
Then I set a rule: if a page doesn’t get used for two weeks, it goes to an archive. Not deleted — just out of sight. Suddenly my workspace felt like a cozy desk instead of a cluttered attic.
