How I stopped dropping balls with a simple Notion dashboard
A behind-the-scenes look at the one dashboard that finally made me feel on top of everything.
I used to have sticky notes on my mirror, reminders on my phone, and a to-do list in three different apps. I was busy, but not productive. The moment I consolidated everything into one Notion dashboard, something clicked.
I stripped it down to the essentials: a weekly overview, a priority list, and a brain dump area. No fancy databases at first. Just three sections. And it worked. I stopped missing deadlines and started sleeping better.
Over time I added a simple habit tracker and a finance log. But the key was starting minimal. If you're overwhelmed, start with less. You can always add later.
