How I Plan My Week in 30 Minutes (Using Notion)

Stop spending hours on planning. Here's my simple 3-step routine that gets my whole week organized in half an hour, every Sunday.

I used to be the person who bought cute planners and used them for exactly two weeks. Then life would happen, I'd miss a page, and the guilt would spiral until I gave up entirely. That all changed when I discovered the power of a simple weekly review in Notion.

The secret isn't a fancy template — it's a consistent routine. Every Sunday evening, I pour a cup of tea, open my Notion dashboard, and spend 30 minutes setting up my week. Here's exactly what I do: I clear my inbox, review my calendar for the upcoming week, and pick my top three priorities.

Then I break those priorities into small, actionable tasks and assign them to specific days. I don't schedule every hour — just the big rocks. If I only get those three things done, it's a successful week. The rest is bonus.

This routine has been a game-changer. I start Monday knowing exactly what needs to happen, and I don't waste mental energy trying to remember things. If you're tired of chaotic weeks, try my method. You'll be amazed at how 30 minutes of planning can save you hours of stress.
