How I organize my week with one Notion template

A behind-the-scenes look at my weekly reset routine using a simple dashboard.

Every Sunday evening, I pour a cup of tea and open my Notion dashboard. It’s the same template I sell in my shop, and I use it religiously. Here’s how I make it work without overcomplicating things.

I start with the weekly overview: three priorities, one appointment block, and a tiny win from the week before. That’s it. No color-coded time slots, no hourly breakdowns. Just the stuff that actually matters. Then I scan my task list — it’s a simple table with a checkbox and a due date. I drag anything urgent into the priorities section.

The magic happens when I check my ‘weekly review’ button. It pulls up a list of what I intended vs what I actually did. No judgment, just data. I adjust for next week. The whole ritual takes 15 minutes, and it has saved me from countless Sunday scaries.
