How I Organize My Whole Week with One Notion Page

Discover a simple weekly planning method that keeps everything in one place, reduces overwhelm, and takes just 10 minutes each Sunday.

For years, I relied on a messy combination of sticky notes, phone alarms, and a scattered brain. It worked until it didn't. The week my daughter had a school event, I had a client deadline, and I forgot to pay the electric bill was the week I cracked.

That's when I built my first weekly dashboard in Notion. One page with sections for priorities, schedule, meals, and a brain dump. Every Sunday evening, I spend ten minutes filling it out. That's it. The rest of the week, I just check it off.

The magic is in the simplicity. No complicated databases or linked views. Just clear sections that reflect how I actually think. I use checkboxes for tasks, a simple list for meals, and a calendar view for appointments — but only because Notion makes it easy.

If you're feeling scattered, try this: create a new page, add a heading for 'This Week', and list only the top three priorities. You'll be amazed at how much calmer you feel. And if you want a head start, my Weekly Reset template does all this and more — but start with your own if that feels better.
