How I Organize My Week with Notion in 15 Minutes
A simple weekly reset routine using my Notion dashboard that saves me hours of scattered planning.
Every Sunday evening, I sit down with a cup of tea and my Notion dashboard. In 15 minutes, I go from feeling scattered to having a clear plan for the week ahead. Here's exactly how I do it.
First, I open my Week Planner template and review the upcoming tasks from my Master Task List. I drag over only the top 3 priorities per day — that's it. I've learned that trying to do everything means doing nothing well. Then I check my Meal Planner and add any ingredients I need to my grocery list. This alone saves me three trips to the store per week.
Next, I look at my Habit Tracker. I set one tiny habit for the week — something so small I can't say no, like drinking one glass of water before coffee. I track it daily and it feels like a win every time. Finally, I glance at my Finance Dashboard to see if any bills are due or if I need to transfer money to savings. The whole thing takes 15 minutes, and I walk away feeling like I have my life together.
The key is consistency, not perfection. Even if I only do the first step, I'm ahead of where I was before. Want to try it? My weekly planner template has everything you need to start tonight.
