Declutter your digital life with one Notion template

How a single dashboard can replace five apps and save you 30 minutes a day.

I used to have bookmarks in three browsers, notes in four apps, and a to-do list that lived on my fridge. It worked — until it didn't. When I missed a deadline because I'd written the due date on a sticky note that fell behind the toaster, I knew something had to change.

That's when I built my first all-in-one Notion dashboard. The idea was simple: one place for everything. Tasks, links, notes, projects, and even a little gratitude log. I called it my Life OS, and within a week I felt lighter. I wasn't hunting for information; I just opened one page and saw what needed my attention.

Now I share this template with anyone who feels scattered. You don't need to be a productivity guru. Just duplicate, delete the sample data, and start filling it in. The relief of having one source of truth is real — and it might just save your sanity (and your deadlines).
